About your Good Cause

Many children in Africa are born into a trap of grinding poverty, missing out on childhood and having to work or scavenge on the streets simply to survive. African Children’s Fund gives them the opportunity to escape this life by attending school and receiving the education that is so important for a better future. 

It costs just 9p to give a street child a simple school meal – a meal that means they attend school rather than look for food. Your entry will therefore give 11 children every week the chance to learn and make a better life for themselves.
